Here are some common questions people ask us.

We service all types of major commercial and home appliances including but not limited to, Freezers, Cooktops, Central Air Conditioning, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Disposals, Refrigerators, Ovens and Ranges. 

NO. We are a repair company only. However, if you need suggestions, we are always happy to help.

Your time is important to us. All appointments are scheduled within a two or three hour window for your convenience. Our friendly office staff will always give you a courtesy call to let you know the technician is on his way, approximately 15- 30 minutes before arrival.

Our service call includes a diagnosis fee and a complete written estimate of the work required for your appliance. Your total bill is broken into three parts:

  1. the diagnostic fee
  2. any labor charges
  3. any parts charges

Our diagnostic fee is applied to labor charges, we do this to ensure that our customers are getting the best possible repair price for their dollar and that the can have us diagnos the situation before committing to the repair.

Our trucks are stocked with 95% of the most common parts. We do this to be able to fix your appliance the same day. Although we stock as many parts as we can on our trucks, occasionally we do have to order parts from our distributors or pick them up at a parts supplier.
